Single Storey extension - HAyes
Our client in Hayes needed a bit more living space for their expanding family. Nathan and the team oversaw the entire building of this lovely one storey extension.
Nathan and the team dug the trenches to the correct depth to meet building regulations.
A level layer of sand is laid before insulation is applied.
Once the concrete has been laid, a waterproof membrane was applied
Insulation panels were laid before the concrete is poured.
A concrete floor was poured on top of the insulating layers.
